White-Label Wikipedia Monitoring for Agencies | WikiMonitor

Agency · $699 per year

Watch a client book, and send the alerts under your own name

Fifteen pages, grouped by client, with your logo and your sending name on every alert. Your clients see your practice watching their page, because that is what is happening.

The work is already yours. The watching should look like it.

When a client's article is rewritten badly, the call comes to you. What usually happens next is that somebody on your team finds out late, from the client, and spends the first hour of a problem reconstructing what changed and when.

This removes that hour. The alert reaches whoever owns the account, inside a minute, with the change already attached and the editor identified.

What your client receives

The same alert, carrying your mark instead of ours. Shown here with ours in place.

A registered editor added a company infobox naming TC Productions as a film production company founded in 2008, with Tom Cruise as founder and owner, then replaced the empty successor field with a predecessor crediting Cruise/Wagner Productions.

The change, as Wikipedia recorded it

Added: {{Infobox company

Your logo

On the alert itself, at the top, where ours sits in the sample above.

Your sending name

The alert arrives from your practice, not from a tool your client has never heard of.

Grouped by client

Fifteen pages organised into accounts, so routing is a decision you make once.

It keeps you clear of the editing problem

Editing a client's article is against Wikipedia's conflict-of-interest rules, and firms that have done it anyway have been publicly caught and banned. Monitoring carries none of that exposure. Watching a page breaks no rule, involves no account, and leaves no footprint on the article.

You are buying awareness, not participation. That distinction is worth protecting.

Questions

Is it actually white-label?

Your logo and your sending name on the alert, and pages grouped by client so an alert reaches the right account team. If you need alerts sent from your own domain rather than ours, ask on the call, because that is a setup step rather than a switch.

Fifteen pages is not enough for our book.

Then Enterprise is the right conversation. Fifteen suits a boutique practice carrying ten to fifteen reputation clients. Above that we price to the estate rather than pretending a tier fits.

Can we resell it?

Yes. Most agencies fold it into a retainer rather than line-iteming it, because the value to the client is that somebody is watching, not that a tool exists.

Do you contact our clients?

Only if you route alerts directly to them, which is your choice per page. We have no separate relationship with anyone you bring.
